Returns & Refunds Policy

Because even classics deserve a second chance.

At Octane Memories, we put heart, soul, and horsepower into every piece we ship. But hey — sometimes things just don’t go as planned. If you need to return something, here’s how we roll:

Return Window

  • You’ve got 7 calendar days from the day you receive your item to request a return.
  • After that, the return road is closed (unless the product came damaged or defective).

Return Conditions

  • Items must be unused, in perfect condition, and shipped back in their original packaging.
  • Custom or personalized posters? Those are made just for you — which means no returns on those.
  • If your order was damaged during shipping, make sure to contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos.

Refund Terms

  • Once your return reaches our garage and passes inspection, we’ll refund the product price within 7 business days.
  • Shipping costs (original and return) are non-refundable, unless the error was ours.

Return Shipping

  • Return shipping is on the customer.
  • We highly recommend using a tracked shipping service — if it gets lost on the way back, we can’t take responsibility.

Wrong Item or Damaged Goods?

That’s on us — and we’ll make it right, fast.

  • Shoot us an email at octanememories@gmail.com with your order number and a few pics.
  • We’ll send you a replacement or issue a full refund, including shipping.

How to Request a Return?

  1. Drop us a line at [your email] with your order number and reason for return.
  2. We’ll send you return instructions and the address.
  3. Once it’s back in our pit stop and passes the check, we’ll process your refund.
