At Octane Memories, each print is made to order, fresh off the press, and shipped directly from our trusted production partners at Printify. Here’s everything you need to know about our shipping process:


🏭 Made to Order

Every product is printed just for you. That means:

  • No warehouses, no dusty shelves. Just freshly inked designs.
  • Printed and shipped by professional Printify fulfillment partners based around the world.

Production time:

2–5 business days (on average)


🌎 Where We Ship

We ship worldwide — from California to Copenhagen, Detroit to Dubai.

Delivery times vary depending on your location and the production partner used. Estimated transit times after production:

  • 🇺🇸 USA: 3–7 business days
  • 🇪🇺 Europe: 5–10 business days
  • 🌍 Rest of World: 10–20 business days

Please note: During peak seasons or public holidays, delays may occur.


📦 Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the product, destination, and quantity.

We aim to keep shipping affordable without sacrificing reliability — because good prints deserve a smooth ride.


🔄 Split Shipments

Since your items may be produced in different locations, they could arrive in separate packages. Don’t worry — they’re all heading your way.


🧾 Tracking

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number via email.

Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking to update after the package leaves the facility.


⚠️ Customs, Duties & Delays

Some international orders may be subject to customs fees, import taxes, or delays beyond our control.

These charges are the responsibility of the customer and vary by country. We recommend checking with your local customs office if you’re unsure.

If your order hasn’t arrived after the estimated time frame, or if you believe it’s lost, damaged, or stuck in limbo — we’ve got your back.
